Complete flat, incline, and shoulder presses with the light commercial grade bench, or remove it and attach the squat pads to get the ultimate in lower-body training, the squat! All of these motions are completely safe with the adjustable press arm, if you bring the weight down and can’t get it back up, simply let go and step out of the machine.
